Two kinds of campaign belong on this site. Development campaigns are the public programmes in the county plan. Political campaigns are the 2027 contests. This page does not endorse a candidate.
The County Integrated Development Plan, reflected in the County Annual Development Plan, puts money and attention on these areas. Project lists and budgets are published by the County Government, not invented here.
Build, equip and supply health facilities, and keep medicines in them. Malaria, HIV, diarrhoea and respiratory infection are the illnesses the county’s own profile names most often.
Early childhood centres and village polytechnics. Almost half the county was under 15 at the last census, so classrooms and workshops are a population fact, not a slogan.
More households with safe drinking water. The plan treats water as a core county investment, alongside roads and health.
The A1 is the bitumen spine, roughly Rongo to Isebania. Most other roads are gravel or earth and close in the long rains, from March to May, and in the short rains, from September to November.
Raise output of maize, beans, cassava, sweet potatoes, vegetables, sugarcane, tobacco and livestock. Farming is the job most households already have.
Migori Town, Rongo, Awendo, Kehancha and Isebania. Trade, the jua kali workshops, the lake fishery and the Macalder gold belt sit under this campaign.

Party nominations for the August 2027 election have not produced an official candidate list yet. When the IEBC gazettes candidates, each campaign on this site should carry the same four facts and nothing that the candidate has not said.
The seat (governor, senator, woman representative, constituency, or ward). The candidate’s name as gazetted. The party, or “independent”. One link to a manifesto or a public notice. No crowd sizes, no unpublished poll numbers, no result predictions.
It will not rank candidates, invent pledges, or present this website as the IEBC. Official notices stay at iebc.or.ke. County project reports stay at migori.go.ke.
